We had the coolest doctor visit yesterday! We got to do another sonogram and it was so detailed. They showed us the four chambers of the baby's heart, her kidneys, bladder, spine, and every other detail you can imagine. Everything about her is so clear now. She is fully formed and is about 9 inches long. So, almost half way there in length. We even got to record the sonogram! It's recorded to a VHS tape though. So, as soon as we get it converted to digital, I will post it to this blog. Stay tuned!

She's an active little one!
I just passed the 4 1/2 month mark, and I tell you what, this little girl is an active one! I feel her moving multiple times during the day. Right now the movements feel a bit like popcorn going off in my belly. If she stays this active through the rest of my pregnancy then I think we have a future gymnast on our hands!

All registered!
This weekend we did our baby registry. So fun! We registered at Baby's R Us and then did some additional items that we couldn't find at Baby's R Us on BabyCenter.com. I did it all this weekend in Dallas with my mom and my sister Mindy. It's kind of an overwhelming experience to realize how many things a little baby needs! It is lots of fun though to look at everything and think about colors and decorating. I think each little step makes it all feel that much more real!

Think pink! Or orange or yellow or green...
This morning we had our 4-month check-in with the doctor, and she told us (with what she said was 90% confidence) that we are expecting a GIRL! So, let the planning begin! We have names to choose, decorating to do, things to buy...so much to do. The funniest part about it all was that Scott's immediate reaction was, "is everything going to have to be pink? Can we focus on another color like orange or yellow or green?" Of course! Ha. So funny.
