Austin Snow. In February?

Yesterday was a crazy day---we got snow! How Texas goes from being 70 one day, and then snowing the next, I'll never know. Austin had a small snow dusting a month or two ago, but Lauren and I were out of town, so yesterday was the first time Lauren had ever seen snow. She loved it! She kept bending down to pick it up and was so happy looking up in the sky and seeing this crazy white stuff falling! We ended up with only an inch or two (all melted now), but it was fun.

Cruisin'!

We just got back from our cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. We traveled with 20 Brewers to St. Thomas and St. Martin for 8 days/7 nights. Lauren quickly adapted to the sunshine and the food buffets! Here's a few pics from our trip:

Life as a one year old

I have said before that I wish I had a video camera strapped to our dogs to see life from their perspective. Well, life from a one-year-old's perspective would be equally as entertaining. Part walking, part running, part dancing. All with a sound track.

Inflatable world

We had a fun little play date yesterday at a place that has a ton of indoor inflatable jump houses for kids. Lauren and a lot of her little friends had a blast checking the place out! It was funny watching them try and walk on the inflatable playhouses. There were also areas where they could play with toys and drive little cars. Here's a few pictures of her playing:
